There has never been a President that has worked as hard as me! My hours are the longest, and my results are among the best. Iโ€™ve stopped Eight Wars, saving many millions of lives in the process, created the Greatest Economy in the History of our Country, brought Business back into the United States at levels never seen before, rebuilt our Military, created the Largest Tax Cuts and Regulation Cuts, EVER, closed our open and very dangerous Southern Border, when previous Administrations were unable to do so, and created an โ€œauraโ€ around the United States of America that has led every Country in the World to respect us more than ever before. In addition to all of that, I go out of my way to do long, thorough, and very boring Medical Examinations at the Great Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, seen and supervised by top doctors, all of whom have given me PERFECT Marks โ€” Some have even said they have never seen such Strong Results. I do these Tests because I owe it to our Country. In addition to the Medical, I have done something that no other President has done, on three separate occasions, the last one being recently, by taking what is known as a Cognitive Examination, something which few people would be able to do very well, including those working at The New York Times, and I ACED all three of them in front of large numbers of doctors and experts, most of whom I do not know. I have been told that few people have been able to โ€œaceโ€ this Examination and, in fact,

most do very poorly, which is why many other Presidents have decided not to take it at all. Despite all of this, the time and work involved, The New York Times, and some others, like to pretend that I am โ€œslowing up,โ€ am maybe not as sharp as I once was, or am in poor physical health, knowing that it is not true, and knowing that I work very hard, probably harder than I have ever worked before. I will know when I am โ€œslowing up,โ€ but itโ€™s not now! After all of the work I have done with Medical Exams, Cognitive Exams, and everything else, I actually believe itโ€™s seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean โ€œTHE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.โ€ They are true Enemies of the People, and we should do something about it. They have inaccurately reported on all of my Election Results and, in fact, were forced to apologize on much of what they wrote. The best thing that could happen to this Country would be if The New York Times would cease publication because they are a horrible, biased, and untruthful โ€œsourceโ€ of information. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.

I spent most of my time in Russia in Karelia (one of the most beautiful places I've been to) and a lot in this piece sounds familiar. Especially young people would go to Finland a lot to shop, work there over the summer, etc.

In terms of relative power & hegemony, it matters ~not at all that ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณโ€™s military has ๐Ÿ“ˆ in power, if ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ has ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง, ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท, ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช, ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น, ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ, ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต, ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท, the rest of NATO, ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ, etc. on its side. Ditto in terms of continued control/governance of every international organization. Trump/Vance views on this are 100% wrong/backwards.

A few thoughts on the new NSS, expert responses, and upcoming NDS.

1. The first talking point for every expert should have been that this is an overtly white nationalist document that spits on every American ideal of meritocracy, the innate value of human life, and self-determination.

Heartbreaking. The University of Nebraska will terminate its entire Earth science department.

One of the country's most successful and respected geology & climate programs: gone.

When ideologues & politicians are threatened by the very act of studying climate change, I wonder: who of us is next?

Three-year-old child forced to serve as her own attorney in Tucson immigration court More than a dozen undocumented minors were forced to make their case in front of an immigration judge as the Trump administration ramps up removal proceedings.

There is no sight that more efficiently puts the lie to immigration โ€œcourtโ€ than the common sight of children โ€œrepresenting themselves.โ€ Children too small to climb into the chair, children in pajamas who donโ€™t know where they are, children not yet old enough to speak.

The G-20 has done important work on sovereign debt, access to finance and debt crisis resolution.

I visited their website to read materials from their recent summit. All the links to previous work of the G-20 are gone -- they point only here.

Sad for global governance and embarassing for the US.

Trump officials say second strike aimed to destroy drug boat instead of crew Officials hew closely to secret memo which gives legal cover to firing on boats even if it would kill people on board

The fundamental problem with the argument that any of the US military's attacks on the vessel on September 2nd were lawful is that there is no armed conflict.

Thus no military objectives.

And the notion of "war sustaining" objects outside of war is absurd.

From August 2024 to July 2025, a total of 960 jobs (excluding duplicate advertisements) were posted on APSA eJobs, nearly a 15% decrease from 2023-2024 and well below the fourteen-year average of 1151 jobs per year. This figure is similar to the number of jobs posted during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic (2019-2020 through 2021-2022), in which an average of 955 jobs were posted per year. Despite this, the overall pattern of job postings in 2024-2025 mirrored that of previous post-pandemic years, including a greater number of tenure-track than non-tenure-track postings, a decrease in spring postings followed by an increase in summer and fall, and a large proportion of โ€œOpenโ€ and โ€œOtherโ€ postings. International postings made up a similar proportion of advertisements as 2023-24, at about 16% of postings.

White House Defends Hegseth Over Strike on Alleged Drug Boat That Killed Survivors An admiral who ordered the strike acted under Defense Secretary Pete Hegsethโ€™s authority, the White House press secretary said.

WSJ reporting that Hegseth did give the spoken order to "kill them all" on the 2 Sept double-tap strike

"A Defense Department official on Monday provided a similar account to The Wall Street Journal and said Hegseth was the โ€œtarget engagement authority,โ€ the key figure who authorized the strike."
