There was no sign ICE accessed Redmond's Flock system before Monday's arrests, but city officials said residents remained concerned about the technology.
Cities in Washington are turning off surveillance/ALPRs because they canβt ensure it wont be accessed by feds. This after a UW report that fed agencies accessed 18 citiesβ data, often without knowledge. wild
