Yeah it's just ridiculous when everyone else has specific defined professional roles not just 'do whatever needs done', even tho essentially that's the most important function.

I really really really hate the current trend where 'market' just means 'gambling' more and more.

That was my job description at two small 'creative' agencies for like 15 horrible years. When I finally forced them to write down a job description it was just 'assist the partners creating whatever they want' 🤑

Of all the things we are doing in MN, this one is just beyond. Imagine being released from hell alone in the cold. And a total stranger has waited all night with a blanket just to be ready to hug you and carry you home. Every job we do is crucial, but this one is what restores humanity and dignity.

I love the panicked “What’s happening?” in the headline.

Casters will mount to the bottom board and that will bolt onto the bottom of the rack so I can put it on a table top if I want and it will fit my other eurorack box underneath... if everything works out.
