I cannot believe what Trump is doing to our Democracy. I have found solace in music. I will not let the rhetoric live in my head.
I will do the moral and ethical action when challenged because that is the world I want to live in.

This is so weird. I live in a rural farming community in California Central Valley. Very conservative, very religious. Trump and the pandemic was surreal. Oh the stories I could tell you. We are not trusting anyone. Just holding our breath, try to be hopeful, waiting for the next shoe to drop.

Very scared.

Kākāpō 101 No. 1. All 244 #kakapo in the world live in the wild, on 7 island sanctuaries across New Zealand. Three of these are breeding sites; three contain only males. Kākāpō 101 No. 4. Unlike most birds, #kakapo don't breed every year. They only breed every 2-4 years, when trees such as the rimu (a conifer) produce lots of fruit (or "mast"). This slow breeding is one of the reasons they're critically endangered. #conservation #parrots #birdsA
