If we are fortunate enough to emerge from this, we have to keep Trump as the bogeyman going forward. He not only has to be the anithesis of what we represent, but the horror and damage that he has sown must be applied to every single R who dares to be any type of successor to his sordid legacy.

Worth noting Trump's popularity is cratering but the vast majority of people still have not felt much, if any, impact from tariffs. Same for DOGE; systems are cracking but lumbering along on the resilience built into them, which is deteriorating.
