Nan's Taqueria Nan's Taqueria (15640 S.E. Happy Valley Town Center Drive, Happy Valley) is making meals for anyone who asks. A little less than a week ago, the taqueria posted on TikTok about making meals for people in need. Already, said Miranda Luis-Silva, who opened the taco shop just last month, 24 families have been fed. "It's way more meals now," Luis-Silva said. She is giving people boxes full of food and supplies. People are donating to her at her shop but also sending money through Venmo at @miranda-silva82.
