BAD NEWS! Should the swift brick vote have taken place earlier today we would have won. Tories whipped YES but by the time of the vote, support had gone home just like 2 years ago. It is an AGONISING reality. Tell your MP & steve.reed.mp@parliament.uk what you think. GUTTED.

This is still the reality of "trail hunting" in North Dorset in 2025.
I put so much effort into making this place a sanctuary for wildlife.

Two brown trout swim underwater over a rocky bed. Text reads: "Rewilding Key Species" and "Brown Trout: Britain's Favourite Fish."
The brown trout is a true icon of Britainβs rivers and lakes π
Today, as a coldwater species, climate change poses an ever-growing threat to its future. However, there is hope for this powerful predator.

The double shame of living where the integrity of our politicians shift according to the labels written on their office door.

"When nature suffers, we suffer. And when nature flourishes, we all flourish."
Dr. Jane understood that, and she worked to ensure we understood, too. She felt that animals, people, and the environment could thrive together β but each of us would have to do our part.

Iβm sad to hear the news that the wonderful Jane Goodall is no longer in the world. Her work with chimpanzees at Gombe in Tanzania taught us to look at other apes - and ourselves - differently. I was privileged to meet her later in life and tell her what an inspiration she was to me.
