The word "roguery" irks me a great deal. I think I first saw it in Against the DarkMaster. I know it's in the dictionary, but it's awkward. I would use "Thievery", "Subterfuge", "Cunning", "Trickery" instead, or "Skulduggery" if you want to sound old-school.

One action and multiple parries/dodges with cumulative -20% penalty in combat. There are modifiers for some conditions, e.g. you can draw a weapon but with -5 to DEX rank.

It's built on RQG. Long character creation, large skill list, hit locations, it's all there. Strike ranks were replaced by DEX rank, though.

Runequest: Roleplaying in Mythic Iceland would have been a more appropriate title.
