In terms of losing weight, it isn’t something that happens on particular parts of the body based on what exercise you’re doing. If you want to lose weight just think of it in general terms.

Gym isn’t necessary. Weight loss is mostly diet, not exercise. Just cut down on calories and go for a long walk each day. Put music or audiobooks on and walk a circuit of a few miles. The weight just falls off. Save your money on the gym membership, seriously.
