Now the Province has copy & pasted Halifax transit's plan, and says it will take 10-20 years to build.

"We're too busy to do the work to avoid a strike" sure is a statement from a university. It drives me up the wall that so many university boards view the faculty as some weird add-on rather than vital to the work of the university.
