Instead, I held down my post, write business and answered service calls, while he and his wife failed to notice me shaking with adrenaline and trying not to cry.

I truly can’t imagine the person I would be, the art I would’ve made, the choices I might’ve made, the wide-open vistas that might exist in my brain if the constant anxious horror of the last 10 years in America wasn’t just 24/7 squatting its horrible carcass on every cell of it.

In addition to cleaning off my gaming table, I also spent this weekend scribbling my OC, Glory. He’s a pirate and a parolee who’s been sent on one last mission, and he’s willing to bet that last time pays for all.

I drew! It took three hours of revenge bedtime but I drew!!

I am home, and I read What Feasts At Night for the second time on the way back. Now I have to get ahold of What Stalks The Deep and make that my weekend project.

Boyfriend was briefly kidnapped by the Blues Brothers yesterday, whilst I was busy reading a map. We’ll see if the video ever surfaces- the words ‘F Illinois Nazis!’ may have been uttered, and thus it may or may not ever see the light of day.

We had a whole movie about this in the- late nineties/early oughts. SimOne.

I think it will be! Universal with a very brief dip at the other.
