I read that too and felt the same. I had already been thinking it (despite two World Wars, Cold War, 9/11, etc) but to have someone of her knowledge say the words.. ugh. At least we know we're not alone in our fear and rage. Just need to know what to do with that energy.

Okay so.. I'm deleting Facebook this week. Getting rid of Amazon soon. It's not much but you have to start somewhere beyond doom scrolling.

But, what are we doing? Boycotts? Protests? Does the left have a plan of action beyond posting about how bad this is? Is there one that just isn't public yet?

How long until we are at "...thunderous applause"?
