How many people does each US representative represent? How does this compare to other OECD nations?
I notice there is little room for sensemaking or almost any of the math practices.
I wonder how much flexibility of understanding students will have if the concept is applied in a different way.
I also notice it describes many of my lessons for a large chunk of my career.
Me as a middle school teacher: how come these parents aren't holding these kids accountable to do their hw?
Me as a middle school parent: it is so awesome that my son is able to finish all his work at school.

Trying to think what I do with any/all of that.
I am seeing if you take the first number on left and divide it evenly between other terms on the left side, you get the right side.
Also notice first number on the left side is always square number. (1/n)
Does this pattern (whatever it is) continue? If not, when does it first falter and how did you find the breakdown? If so, how might one justify it to a middle/high school student?
