@shutdownfullcast.bsky.social caught some of the 10 AM Ludacris in Chapel Hill while out for a morning run-he brought way more energy than I could have ever expected. A consummate professional. Also saw shakey!

Valid response, walked in and saw the deli case prices and just got a couple grape leaves to supplement the granola bars in my desk

The Massachusetts governor, the city, and the university needs to drop everything to locate and free this girl and make sure this doesn't happen again.

This is DEFCON-1. If they do this to someone who wrote an op-ed in a college newspaper, they will do this to anyone they don't like.

Derik Queen flexes his muscles after hitting a game-winning shot for Maryland. in the background, a red-headed, glasses-wearing member of the Oregon band wearing a bright yellow polo holds his hands on his head, his mouth agape in sheer shock. like the ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ emoji

my favorite part of the Derik Queen game-winner is the Stunned Oregon Band Member. his team wasn't even involved and he was the most excited person in the building

The Great Michigan Pizza Funeral was the ceremonial disposal of 29,188 frozen cheese-and-mushroom pizzas in Ossineke, Michigan, on March 5, 1973.[1][2] The manufacturer, Ilario "Mario" Fabbrini,[3] had been ordered to recall the pizzas by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) after initial tests suggested the presence of botulism-causing bacteria in a batch of canned mushrooms.

He licenses all of his travel shows to public television for free.

I appreciate that the map of Kentucky on Kentuckyโ€™s basketball court has the little exclave at the far end created by the shifting bends of the Mississippi River. Accuracy in basketball cartography is very important to me

ABA
It has been three weeks since Inauguration Day.
Most Americans recognize that newly elected leaders bring change. That is expected. But most Americans also expect that changes will take place in accordance with the rule of law and in an orderly manner that respects the lives of affected individuals and the work they have been asked to perform.
Instead, we see wide-scale affronts to the rule of law itself, such as attacks on constitutionally protected birthright citizenship, the dismantling of USAID and the attempts to criminalize those who support lawful programs to eliminate bias and enhance diversity.
We have seen attempts at wholesale dismantling of departments and entities created by Congress without seeking the required congressional approval to change the law. There are efforts to dismiss employees with little regard for the law and protections they merit, and social media announcements that disparage and appear to be motivated by a desire to inflame without any stated factual basis. This is chaotic. It may appeal to a few.
But it is wrong. And most Americans recognize it is wrong.
It is also contrary to the rule of law.
The American Bar Association supports the rule of law. That means holding governments, including our own, accountable under law. We stand for a legal process that is orderly and fair.
We have consistently urged the administrations of both parties to adhere to the rule of law. We stand in that familiar place again today. And we do not stand alone. Our courts stand for the rule of law as well.
