I am. But there are three things at play here regarding ICE collecting private data. Quick rundown on the issue, why you should be paying attention, and what I'm doing about it:

The District Attorney in Minneapolis needs to consider charging Bovino, Lyons, Homan, Noem, Patel, and Bondi as accessories after the fact to murder for removing the agents involved in the Pretti murder from the jurisdiction and refusing to identify those agents. Charge the bosses when they do this.

You can conclude that these people simply do not understand how negotiating works - that you start by shooting for the moon and force them to talk you down to something like this, extracting pain for every concession - or that they just don't want more than this.
