Thank you. I was worried because these were so dark, but they were excellent. This is my 2nd time making hot dog buns. My wife said, "Make them exactly like this every time" after eating two hot dogs.

Fall didnt use to be my favorite season until we moved to the East coast. The days are still warm, its usually sunny, and the tourists have left. We can enjoy our empty town while most of the businesses are still open (a fair amount close for the off-season or only operate on weekends).
