Thrilled that our piece 'Hollow Multilateralism' is out in the latest issue of @iajournal.bsky.social! Co-authored with @danielleflonk.bsky.social, we show how autocracies use liberal language to hollow out norms in internet governance and sideline critical non-state actors.
