Also, it appears StuffIt Expander 6 may be the last version to understand this type of password protected .sit files.

At least in my testing opening the file up with StuffIt v7 or v8 just produced a generic error when unstuffing, just spitting out the empty folder named "Capone SCM A5". 🤔

This came from a "Apple Software Updates" folder inside a "Special" folder from a 1994 education CD Apple made.

"Capone" was the code name for System 7.5, although it's possible this file is unrelated?
