The warm stretch means I’m entering my false spring cleaning. And it feels really good. I think when actual spring rolls around this place will be pristine

And these are my annual basques. This year I felt too afraid to put all the batter into one pan so I made two thinner cheesecakes hehe

My partner makes me a steak every Valentine’s - even though they were vegan for the first two years! But now they enjoy a salmon steak alongside me :-) it’s amoré
