That’s what my understanding of cystic acne that typically it was everywhere and a longer term sort of thing-for context I have either the boil of death on the side of my nose or literally the largest deepest zit I have ever had in my life that came up overnight

Could it be literally the entire left side of my nose. Like from directly under my eye down to right above my nose fold is swollen and red as shit. I’m also on my cycle so that definitely tracks but whatever this is came up literally overnight and that’s kinda freaking me out.
