Today we submitted a letter with @uclarepropolicy.bsky.social to the FDA signed by over 200 scientists.

The short version? Medication abortion is safe. Time to drop the junk science and move on. law.ucla.edu/reproductive...

Through this letter organized by CRHLP and ANSIRH, hundreds of researchers remind the FDA that it’s actions must be based on the sound, rigorous, and transparent science that conclusively proves the safety and effectiveness of mifepristone generally and via telehealth.

Trump moves to bar nearly all abortions at Veterans Affairs hospitals The Trump administration is moving to end nearly all abortions at Veterans Affairs medical facilities, overturning a Biden-era policy that sought to protect access.

Pregnant veterans would no longer be allowed to receive abortions at Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals in cases of rape, incest or when the pregnancy threatens their health under a proposed rule from the Trump administration.

Palestinian children have been killed at a rate of more than one child per hour during Israel's war in Gaza.

Obama calls on citizens, colleges and law firms to resist Trump agenda In a campus speech, the former president said universities should be prepared to lose federal funds to defend academic freedom, rather than be “intimidated.”

Not gonna lie, it's really good to see Obama saying not to capitulate and to lose your federal funds instead of doing fascism willingly.

Too many organizations have been throwing LGBTQ+ people under the bus to save their funding from Trump.

They still lose their funding, I might add.
