A green magical potion called the Antidote

Simply referred to as the antidote, no caravan crossing the habitat of the vulture wurms travels without one. As notoriously dangerous as these critters’ venom might be, it also proves to be an excellent receipt against poisonous effects of any kind – if prepared properly. Unfortunately, the supply of the antidote is limited since only few adventurers are hardboiled enough to seek out the vulture wurm and collect its venom. When you drink this potion, you gain three Antidote Marks. As long as you have at least one Antidote Mark, you ignore all effects of being poisoned. In addition, whenever you are subjected to poison damage, you take no damage and instead remove one Antidote Mark. You lose all Antidote Marks after 12 hours.

This remarkable feature receives much attention from practitioners of the dark arts. Legend has it that some sinister tinkerer even invented a twisted item strong enough to bind the copycat and harvest its powers…
