Late, but I wanted to jump in on this trend. While I love Fieren, I am deeply inspired by how brave this person was! They went for the hard thing, were curious, made us all rejoice and draw together!

It makes me so happy to see folks gain that artistic curiosity!

I find it disappointing when one opens simply because there’s already so many in my neighbourhood and I’d love more cute restaurants, bars, retail etc. It just feels like a waste of a good retail space, and they’re almost always aesthetically ugly. Crime/shadiness hasn’t changed.

My fluffy white cat Francie curled up in a ball. Placed in the center of the white circle her body forms is a round piece of paper decorated with marker to look like a green human iris. It makes Francie look like a big hairy eyeball.

I don't like to dress cats up in clothes, but for Halloween I do put stealth costumes on Francie when she's sleeping.
