I ask ppl about sleep schedules and disorders for work so I hear a lot abt this.

I think the heavy Weight of Living has both of them waking up unable to get back to sleep before their alarms but Dedue will get out of bed once he’s awake and Sylvain will lay there trying to go back to sleep and miserably failing even as he prays to the goddess to take him out of his misery
