I think there’s a really big hole in this new rule. In the replay, it looked to me like he held the clutch in and was blipping the throttle to keep it running. In my mind, restarting means: the bike shut off and you needed the Marshall’s help bump starting to RESTART it.
The bike never shut off.

I couldn’t bring myself to place Pecco as a gold rider because of the recent inconsistencies. Oh well 🤷‍♂️
