Banana Snacking Cake In a large bowl beat together 2 eggs 1/2 cup cooking oil 1/3 cup sugar Add 1 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 cup mashed bananas (that’s usually 2 bananas) Pour into a greased baking pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
