Slight correction - Marty is working on shows for independent promoters in Mexico who rent the AAA brand and access to the roster for their local events.

AAA proper (which is essentially WWE now) isn’t booking him.

I've talked to a few wrestlers who kept up friendships w/ people we generally agree on being obviously guilty of what they're accused of.

One did it in the face of the accused threatening to kill himself, feeling that not being there as a friend would betray the historical friendship. So I get it.

Just saw this on the Supermarket Sweep FAST channel. In the Nov. 14, 1991 episode, David Ruprecht asks one married team, Laurie and Buddy, how they met. Turns out they got together when he was her college professor.

The audience is audibly disgusted with Buddy in a way I've never seen/heard before.
