The figures from the mobile trade body suggests the figure is 95% across the population with 100% of under 24’s. There are far more registered smartphones in the UK than there are people. So, the vast majority of people do have one it seems.

Yes. You’re absolutely right. I was just making the point that around 40% of all crops produced are fed directly to animals to be turned into meat (or milk). Never argued that a veggie diet doesn’t need water. That would be nonsense! Just need a lot less of it.
