Electrical breaker issue, my computer got shut down (rare!). Instantly booted back up straight to desktop. I had gone through and checked my startup services, programs, cleaned my registry (manually), and extended Windows 10 LTSC for 3 years prior to last boot. From 2017, shes like new I tell you!

Day 2 caffeine taper*
Morning I had one green tea brew 50mg~. I'd like to intermittent fast, but I realize caffeine may be increasing hunger instead of stopping it. Noticeable difference in body temps... warmer than usual. No headache. Energy ok. Slightest brain fog. Maybe I'm sleeping too much?

I was given ancedotal evidence and "maybes" from Drs. that say caffeine would make symptoms worse for some chronic conditions that I suppose can be summarized as flare ups. Considering my history and recent reduction on coffee intake it's still annoying. Maybe I'll taper with green tea.

Day 1 no caffeine
Energy, hunger, and focus are fine. Focus is becoming more challenging due to encroaching headache. The headache was dull at first, and slowly increased spreading from front to back. Other minor aches and pains likely from poor posture seem to be more noticeable.

basically I'm stupid and impulsive.

That is to say, Discord is social media, and it's the most invasive thing ever. I don't know, I miss just having the free outlet without fear of being constantly watched. In a fit of paranoia, I am feeling forced to bite my tongue more and more these days. In persona and in all cyberspace.

Thinking about that proclivity to stupidity and id connection statement again... like it sucks not using social media because majority of my social life has been digital. A lot of that is in the moment jumping into chat or convo, and digital privacy is non-existent.
