will be even worse.

Ventilation plays an important role in preventing airborne infections. Opening a window helps, but real ventilation is about consistent airflow. CO₂ monitors can give a simple signal of how much shared air is building up indoors.

and the flu for one,
Covid can linger for three hours,
and norovirus for two,
so if you are lingering
in a room for hours:
wear a mask.

Hospitals are killing people with unnecessary infections because their internal politics are more important than patients' lives. Make negligent IPAC leaders pay a price - in money, but also loss of licensure and public humiliation - and the deaths will stop overnight.
