Heartbreaking news. I had seen, and recorded shows by Raul solo and with the Mavericks many times over the last 20 years. He had one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard.

Me after a day of grinding nails and screws off in a basement.

I used the Everyday filters, but I also have the N99 Pro filters when I have to do scary stuff like working in a basement that may have mold or asbestos. It's worked out pretty well. Prior to 2020, I'd been hospitalized twice from pneumonia for more than a week each time.

I don't drive, so I wear this every single time I take a bus. I also go out to see movies constantly, and I wear it in the public areas of the theater.

Inside the theater itself, the air quality is actually excellent, with external air exchange and MERV 13 filters.

It was tricky to fit in there, I had to cut one of the spars. But it hasn't affected the quality of the filtration at all.

I've never seen that done. When I was at Hallmark Cards back in the '90s, I was working for the group that produced cards with a recording chip. So I got a bunch of those, and sent them out to people who asked on SlashDot. But it was long past audio switch signaling, so I don't think they worked.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I haven't had a cold or flu since 2020, let alone a symptomatic case of covid. But then, my job doesn't involve getting into a small metal box with a bunch of other people for hours at a time.
