A certain group of people saw Hillary Clinton's emails ordering pizza and created a conspiracy theory about a child trafficking scheme. Those same people are bending over backwards trying to ignore Donald Trump exchanging signed love letters with his best friend Jeffrey Epstein.

Cases raising significant legal questions about the constitution or federal statutes can be heard. I guess you could finagle a question about civil trials over criminal wrongs without a guilty verdict, but since there was no criminal trial for Trump that would be a stretch.
