My health insurance denied my dentist visit because the service can be provided by a participating provider which no one said anything about when I went to the dentist so they can eat bricks.

It makes no sense why they decided to refill it 2 days late when it’s been consistently on time for years. Honestly I was way too nice I should have cursed him out.

He sounded annoyed that I corrected him about it because he thought I went from pack to pack and skipped the placebo week which would need approval from my doctor and insurance to refill it early which is not the case.
