LLMs do not understand, will not understand, and cannot ever understand information. It's a glorified search engine combined with auto-compete, and you should treat it as such. No matter how much LLM companies try to tell you their machines can think or reason, they cannot and will not.

Β«The real focus should be on Epstein's victims and also the work that this Labour government has been doing to tackle violence against women and girls"
Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper responds to claims that No.10 is a 'boys club'.

Luckily we have a ton of new MPs who are well placed to remove and replace the boyβs club and seek justice for Epsteinβs victims. We know there canβt be any funny business, because they were hand-picked by Peter Mandelson himself.

again (with respect to OPs): LLMs do not make 'mistakes'. they respond to textual input with statistically likely textual output. whether that output correlates with 'facts' or not is effectively arbitrary. using them to answer questions is a sort of category error.

If Starmer looked away over Mandelson so did Parliament. So did most of the media. And yet Starmer finds himself almost forced to resign? Why? Part of the answer is a weak Labour Party, from top to bottom. Part of the answer is an increasingly unhinged political culture.
Lewis does make some good points here, but look: Mandelson is not just some guy here. He has been at the core of the Labour right for decades; he was clearly right in the middle of McSweeneyβs project all along, both the secret wrecking campaign and after; he was *literally picking candidates*.

News headline showing Palestine Action activists being cleared at trial
This is brilliant news, and also shows why the Labour Party wants to abolish most trials by jury, and how important it is they don't get away with it:

There's genuinely a study on the government website commissioned in 2018 but only published in 2025, which is like: the UK is probably really corrupt but there's so little transparency and such poor data that it's impossible to say how bad it is

the title of my talk October 25 in London, audience "500, 35 pounds paid attendance each
"An Evening on Evolutionary Biology: An overview covering Feminism, Transgender, Homosexuality and Honor Killings."
$3000 for me (i will already be in London paid for by Imperial College) and an almost certain corporate $3000 add on
just as you outlined-this will create an immediate internet wave especially in the UK with coverage in all the major newspapers and so on
anyway i will concentrate on it, to the exclusion of individual pieces at the moment
all best
I'm not being facetious. Epstein was apparently giving talking points to the people pushing anti trans rhetoric in the UK.

This is for real what has happened: Peter has been the brains of the outfit - if not literally the boss, then certainly the guy everyone defers to - going right back to the secret launch of the secret wrecking campaign in 2018. And nobody wants to be the one who explains thatβs what it is.

rememeber when Labour members elected a left-wing leader so the parliamentary party engaged in a kamikaze wrecking project under the political guidance of a key associate to a paedophile sex trafficker leading directly to the ascension of the Prime Minister we have today

Mandleson, of course, is by all account still a member of the Labour Party. Worth remembering Neal Lawson, the head of compass, was almost expelled from the party for retweeting someone who called for tactical voting in a local election. www.ft.com/content/1728...
