Justice Department investigating State of Minnesota, Minnesota DHS The U.S. Justice Department is looking into the hiring practices at the Minnesota DHS to determine if the state is engaging in any discrimination.

So Trump's Justice Dept. is investigating the MN Dept of Human Services because their policy is to that hiring supervisors must provide justification when hiring a non-underrepresented candidate in a job category with underrepresentation.
