Progressives should also not want Labour to step aside - we need to demonstrate that Starmer's new blue labour project is dead as an electoral force. If the party has any ounce of self preservational instincts left it will be forced to move to left or die.

We need to stop assuming the Labour machine has the same intention (keep Reform out) as left leaning voters. Labour would absolutely prefer Reform win than the Greens prove that there is an alternative democratic vehicle for the left.
