I remember being extremely excited for this game, then they missed multiple ship dates and then when released it wasn't the ground breaking revelation we'd been promised, but I guess they had to get the money in to make it good. Happy with it now.

The big problem was the hype they built up before hand, any reasonably complex software has bugs, Assassins creed has some that followed it over multiple versions.
Gamers just need patience but it's something few of us have πŸ˜€

Don't bother, I have Windows 11 on a work PC and you barely notice the difference in day to day use.

If your current PC runs everything you need then you are ok, it's only security updates you might miss out on down the line but few are upgrading so MS may have to continue support

Very much this!, imposter syndrome and self doubt keeps us honest and makes you double check, whereas others charge ahead assured of themselves and end up in a mess

An image for Hacker, from the October 1985 issue of Amstrad Action. Top left: "HACKER. You've stumbled into an unknown computer system. Now what?" Center, a man looks over his commodre 64 late at night and chews his pen, an unfamiliar interface on the screen. Bottom: "'Logon'. One word appears on your screen. What do you do now? You don't know the password. You don't even know what computer system you've hacked into. But you do know that you must find out more. There are no instructions. No rules. No clues. You're completely on your own. You've found your way in. But is there a way out?"

The super-rich β€˜preppers’ planning to save themselves from the apocalypse Tech billionaires are buying up luxurious bunkers to survive a societal collapse they helped create, but like everything they do, it has unintended consequences

Locking up food or "control collars" to keep your ex special forces guards in line?, do they even realise what special forces guy's do?, I predict in the event of a huge disaster lots of very surprised/shocked billionaire corpses thrown outside bunker doors πŸ˜‚

Mine was an Atari 400, hours of fun with that membrane keyboard entering page after page of code from magazines, only to have one of my older sisters trip, pulling out the power cable, and looking at me yelling "WHAT!" after I went ballistic.
