Cities made a bet on millennials β but forgot one key thing
Can cities learn to love kids again?
NEW: βThe strategy [building homes for millennials who hadnβt had kids yet] worked β until millennials aged out of it. As they now enter their 30s-40s & start having children, theyβre ditching cities where the housing stock never caught up to their changing needs.β
Bad strategy. Design for kids.

Today was disheartening. It will be a moment that Iβll always remember. As a daily rider, I sympathize w/ the challenges that riders will experiencing statewide. I am not going anywhere and will work hard to keep moving transit forward for RI. (Strictly my personal opinion, not a RIPTA statement).
