This station in Amsterdam is wild. Cross platform transfers from the metro to national rail without fare gates in between them. However, there are separate fare gates for the metro and national trains for exiting and entering the station.

you need to push hard on the second Hudson Tunnel. It's one of the most important infrastructure projects in the US, possibly the most important. It needs to be built, and Jack Ciattarelli and his buddy in Washington are just screwing over tax payers.
