Saying that SEOs are "thinking up ways to trick chatbots" is eerily similar to what people were saying 10+ years ago when SEO had a negative association.

Overall, I enjoyed the piece, but using terms like "trick" hurts out industry.

So, whether you run ads for your business or manage campaigns for clients, set reminders with expiration dates to ensure you always have current documentation.

2. Update documentation ASAP

No matter your business's industry, insurance and license documents are required to obtain the Google Guaranteed or Google Screened badges. Don't let them expire! The last thing you want to do is give Google another reason to suspend or de-rank an LSA campaign.

Use the same strategy with trending services. If you notice increased inquiries for a specific service, upload as many photos of relevant projects as possible to establish your business as the go-to.
