I didn’t watch Stargate SG-1 when it first aired. I’m “treating” myself to watching every episode starting from season 1. I’m now in season 4. I swear, about 1/2 of these episodes are recycled plots from Star Trek.

The bsky algorithm is 🔥. On Sunday I posted a lasagna pic and my feed was full of lasagna for days. Last night I posted a mac-n-cheese and today my feed is full of mac-n-cheese pics.

It’s not vegan, but no meat. The recipe is based on the NYTomes International Cookbook Lasagna for a Crowd recipe (for the cheese ratios of ricotta, mozzarella, and romano).

What’s the deal with not having. artichokes anywhere? We “settled” for baby artichokes and tried a new preparation method - baby artichoke casserole.

Thanksgiving dinner planned for tomorrow, the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Prepare for pictures… lasagna, stuffed mushrooms, stuffed artichokes, pear pie… all gluten free and vegetarian.

Although, the commercials are a bit wild… temporary tattoos and gambling to start. I can’t wait to see what is next.
