今天久违地摔倒了，在印象里除了在舞蹈和格斗中摔倒，已经很久没有在坚硬的地面上摔跤了。不过一个惊喜的觉察是，坠落是一个如此缓慢的过程。意识到自己失去平衡，意识到自己即将摔倒，看到即将碰撞的表面，感受最先与马路接触的位置，每一个过程都有时间去觉察和思考。Instead of falling from grace, one can indeed fall with grace.
