CLOUD SEEDING I've been getting a lot of genuine questions following the Texas Floods about videos & claims circulating on the Internet regarding cloud seeding. I appreciate your trust in me & I want to set some things straight and hopefully dispel misinformation. 1. Cloud seeding IS real (but please don't stop reading here...) It's an effective tactic used to enhance rainfall in drought-stricken areas for decades. 2. Cloud seeding cannot cause a storm of this magnitude, or any storm for that matter. It works by creating condensation nuclei (something for a raindrop to form on). It doesn't create moisture, it just helps us get it down from the clouds in places that need it. 3. I have no knowledge of nor have I been able to find any indication that cloud seeding occurred in the affected areas of last week's floods. In fact, it wouldn't have made much sense. Texas didn't NEED any help getting that rain when there was remnant moisture from Tropical Storm Barry making for a very saturated environment. 4. Unfortunately, naturally occuring rainfall rates have been increasing around the globe due to warmer temperatures. I've been saying it for years here in New Orleans... the pop-up thunderstorm type floods and even tropical system rainfall we get now are DIFFERENT from decades prior because there is just more moisture (higher PWAT or precipitable water values). And it makes sense, more heat = more evaporation = more moisture in the atmosphere. When storms tap into that higher moisture, rain falls at a higher rate. I'll put a graph explaining this in the comments. 5. This is different from chemtrails, which are a separate and non-existent thing that conspiracy theorists love to go off about. The white trails you see in the sky have nothing to with cloud seeding, chemicals, or anything like that. They're just warm plane exhaust meeting cold atmosphere and making a cloud. This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.
