I just ended a Monster of the Week campaign I've been running for the past four years. It was a hell of a journey. I loved the choices my players made that fundamentally reshaped the world.

This episode is worth watching, if for no other reason than for coining the phrase "dumpster pedastal" for something that is simultaneously lauded and denigrated. @somemorenews.bsky.social nailed the term right on the head with that one.

A player of mine just posted the timeline of all the sessions of a 4+ year Monster of the Week campaign. It is so strange to look back at that time with friends and characters and reflect on everything they've been through.
