I haven't used PS in ages, does it maybe still have a screen-space eyedropper function? That is, a subtool of the eyedropper that lets you select colors from anywhere on your desktop screen, not just within the PS app? That way, you could have your $$ image open in your file explorer instead of PS.

I've definitely stopped caring about the "right" way to make art since I set aside the idea of being a professional freelancer, which has been really freeing. I make art for me. I'm still my own toughest critic, but at least my favorite hobby gets to stay fun.

I think I've gotten way better at conveying volume and putting more thought into my character designs. Also much more confident in my linework!
I was actually very surprised to see how much more i draw than i did back then
