The staffers related that they are in need of hearing from constituents who are being affected by the cuts, freezes, and utter chaos. They say this will help the Senator make concrete cases about the actual harm done. We plan to request another meeting in 4-8 weeks.

A group of folks from Indivisible Southern Arizona met the Tucson staffers of Senator Mark Kelly this afternoon to press the Senator to take action about the shuttering of USAID. It was a fruitful meeting, with our group's concerns being listened to respectfully.
