Well unless there is either no chance that he is going to passed by the Senate anyway or if his nomination is expected to be approved by a safe margin, that her no vote wouldn't matter, don't expect Sen. Collins to vote against him.

Her vote for Trump's SCOTUS justices should be proof of that.
