There isn't a Quorn hot dog. The ham roast tastes exactly like a real hotdog. (With a similar meat content!). It's a travesty they don't do this as a hot dog. Or someone has got to step up with a giant hotdog bun.

Last night I went to something called 'Craft Pub' which I'm a semi regular at in Windmill Hill City Farm in Bristol. I've never really had a 'regular' in a pub sense. I imagine this is what it must be like though, greeted by the hosts as an old friend & they know my name. It's very lovely.

Big day for people who care about other people

Going through a phase of fairly regular pain (nothing to worry about all v controlled) but it has reminded me about the respect I have for chronic pain sufferers. Just... incredible people.

Pets are wild, man. There's just this little dude or little lady living in your house, being a whole ass creature, living their little lives and following the tune of a song you'll never fully understand. It amazes me every time I look at an animal.

My Coeliac diagnosis came out the blue. Something I fixate on, if it happened to me...it could happen to ANYONE in the food/drink industry. That celebrity chef, that famous baker, that restaurant critic. I'm just fascinated by people who have careers in an industry I now think of as 'unreliable'.
