Liberal Democrat MPs just defeated Nigel Farage’s Bill in Parliament to tear up people’s rights and withdraw from the ECHR.

He was an athlete in his youth, holding the British 100m sprint record from 1967 to 1974, a superb and respected foreign affairs spokesperson, and always spoke effectively.
