When walking through the university of Pennsylvania’s campus in Philly, you can always tell who’s from money because they have Canada Goose jackets and Sorel boots. It just doesn’t get cold enough to justify the enormous cost

Those coats are probably necessary in places like North Dakota and Montana. It doesn’t get cold enough in Philly to justify that purchase, and NYC’s weather generally isn’t that different from Philly.
